Each year this event serves to recognize those who have gone above and beyond in advocating the importance of agriculture to the economic, environmental and social well-being of the state of Oregon. Award winners are selected by the Oregon Aglink Board of Directors each spring.

Each year Oregon Aglink honors two award recipients based on nominations from the public and chosen by our Board of Directors. Nominations open in January and close in April each year.
Ag Connection Award – This honor is for an organization or individual who has done an exceptional job connecting the public with agriculture.
Agriculturist of the Year – This award recognizes and honors an organization or individual for an outstanding contribution to the agriculture industry as a whole.
