The purpose of the Adopt a Farmer Committee is to provide direction and development feedback for the implementation of the Adopt a Farmer program. Serving on the committee is voluntary and there is no term. Meetings are quarterly and most often held near Salem. The purpose of the Denim & Diamonds Committee is to plan and procure items for the live and silent auction benefit dinner, Denim & Diamonds that takes place each November. Serving on the committee is voluntary and there is no term. Meetings are monthly and usually held at the Rabo Agrifinance office in Salem. The 23rd Annual Denim & Diamonds will be held Friday, November 20th, 2020 virtually.

The purpose of the Executive Committee is to provide direction and leadership for Oregon Aglink. Overseeing the budget, proposing and implementing ideas to further the mission of Oregon Aglink are among the most common topics the group tackles. Each position is elected for a one year term, serving from January to January and requires attending a monthly meeting, most often at the Oregon Aglink office in Portland. The purpose of the Safety Committee is to monitor the performance of all members enrolled in SAIF’s Workers’ Compensation program. Serving on the committee is voluntary and there is no term. The committee meets monthly to address loss trends, analyze claims issues and identify loss prevention needs for the group’s members.
