Each year in January, on an agreed upon date, time and location as per our bylaws, Oregon Aglink holds an annual membership meeting. Attendees are updated on Oregon Aglink’s progress over the last year, and elect the Board of Directors. Join us for a complimentary lunch and industry-relevant guest speaker panel on succession for your farm or ranch.

We will have lunch and networking time before the start of our annual business meeting which will include updates on association activities from the past year.
Following the business portion of the meeting we are excited to have a panel with decades of experience on succession in family farming and ranching businesses in Oregon featuring the following guests who will share stories about transitions as well as resources for your unique situation:

We know there is not a one-size-fits-all approach for your farm or ranch and the business you’ve built. One thing that is helpful for everyone? Starting the discussions and planning as early as possible because your legacy is too important to put off.
